Geotechnical Engineering is a civil contracting business which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Geotech Holdings Pty Ltd. Holdings has only two other subsidiary companies, Coleman Rail Pty Ltd, which is a rail line contractor and John Beever (Aust) Pty Ltd which supplies mechanical services to manufacturing industries from its jobbing and fabrication workshop.
Geotechnical Engineering have developed unique skills over many years of contracting, including piling, anchoring, slope stabilisation, shotcreting, grouting, post tensioning and basement construction. Our project management skills have developed such that we are able to undertake the role of head contractor as naturally as we take on a specialist sub-contract role. Whilst we undertake the majority of works using our own staff, plant and equipment we also have extensive experience engaging and managing major subcontractors and designers when required.
Geotech has chosen to specialise in a unique range of Civil Engineering projects including dam upgrades, tunnels, hydro electric projects, wharfs, tram and train rail upgrades and batter stabilization for which we have developed specialized equipment and techniques.
Geotech owns and operates a wide variety of plant and equipment to deliver these projects.
