Camberwell’s most prestigious landmark, CV apartments, is a $112.7 million development for Blueprint Projects that covers approximately 4,500m2 of land and comprises 140 apartments over two 10-level towers. Four of these will be dedicated to commercial and retail amenities. Architect Elenberger Fraser, in collaboration with interior designer Hecker Guthrie, have fused together liveability with luxury in order to generate an award-winning product.
Geotech was awarded the basement construction contract from Buxton Construction. This nine-month project involved the design and construction of retention piles, temporary anchors, capping beam for the four to five-level basements, shotcrete walls, plus bulk and detailed excavation.
Due to the depth of the basement and the frontage to Camberwell Road, Geotech was required to respond to a rigorous list of Protection Works Notice queries generated by VicRoads.
